ON GLOBAL LICENSING DEAL AROUND NETWORK’S HIT TV SERIES

In the iCarly videogame, the possibilities are truly endless as players help Carly, Sam, Freddie and the other characters from the hit TV series craft all-new webisodes of the show in an original storyline designed specifically for the game. Fun and frenetic mini-games, presented as show skits, capture the creativity of the series, and allow players to work with the characters through new adventures. The innovative iCreate mode provides opportunities for gamers to add their own touches to the webisodes by swapping out props, characters, color schemes, audio, intros, outros and more. Up to four players can either compete or cooperate together on Wii to complete the skits and earn Web-Cred, which can then be used to purchase new items, props, accessories and locations from in-game websites.

Nickelodeon’s iCarly, a web show within a show, is the number-one live-action program on all of broadcast and basic cable television with kids and tweens, and the top kid-targeted live action series on basic cable with total viewers. Peekaboo, a company specialising in the field of pole dancing approved by Carmen Electra, recently announced to be in talks concerning the development of a set of fitness strip on the console on the market for Nintendo.

The company and its associates have focused on the use of the different capabilities of Wii in hopes of initiating this discipline, like the series “Guitar Hero” for rock’n'roll. In addition, they said, this kind of exercise would gymnastic qualities, beneficial to the general public.

In response to recent speculation, we are pleased to confirm that Peekaboo is in talks to develop a game for the Nintendo Wii that meets mainstream demand for the fun and fitness benefits of pole dancing.

Cumulative sales of Nintendo’s Wii have overtaken those of the Xbox 360, making it the world’s best-selling next-generation games console in spite of having been on the market a year less than Microsoft’s machine.

The move puts Nintendo, a quirky Kyoto-based company dwarfed in size by Microsoft, back squarely at the top of the console market, a position it last held 17 years ago with the Nintendo and Super Nintendo consoles.

505 Games has announced an agreement with Cooking Mama Ltd to publish Cooking Mama 2.

505 Games, the European publisher of the Cooking Mama, has announced that the game’s developer OfficeCreate is hard at work on Cooking Mama 2 for the Wii and DS.

Cooing Mama 2 is wii be released early in 2008 exclusively for Wii and Nintendo DS.
