From an interview from Dorimaga, Keiji Inafune is working on an unknown Wii project. Someone on NeoGAF speculates that it could be a Mega Man Wii game.

In A recent interview between Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune and Planet Mega Man reveals where the the creator wishes to take Mega Man from here.
When asked about the Mega Man titles appearing on the PlayStation 3 or the Nintendo Wii, Inafune replied that “PlayStation 3.
The PS3 audience it’s going to be people with a lot more money, and maybe it would not be the most suitable platform for the Mega Man series.”
“However, the Wii definitely has some potential,” Keiji-san continued, “and it’s maybe one where our target audience could embrace the Mega Man series.
So while we haven’t planned anything specific now at this time, I think probably that the potential is the highest on that piece of hardware.”
