Nintendo of America boss Reggie Fils-Aime said that Wii Connect 24 would be able to deliver new content to players.

“You’ve gotten to a particular part in a Wii game, we could push content out to you, so you get to battle a new boss. Maybe you get a new artifact; Maybe you get a new weapon“

I’ve seen this coming for quite awhile. Nonetheless, this is great! I can’t wait.

This is great because if there werent downloadble things, like in Xbox Live, I were not sure that this will be fun in games.

i doubt they’re going to be able to send something that big thru WiiConnect24. but even if they are able to do that i’m guessing the other game Retro is working on will be an all-out Metroid Mulitplayer

at first the wii looked worse that licking nuts, but after seeing what the controller is capable of doing and relizing that gaming isnt all about graphics but how fun it is, I know i’ll be buying one november 06. A multiplayer for metroid would be hot but not as good as a multiplayer for redsteel
