SSB Brawl Roster Changes

Super Smash Bros. Brawl director Masashiro Sakurai commented on “The Gaming Show” about various changes to the game’s roster.

Sakurai announced 3 New SSB Brawl Characters:

• Bowser Jr.
• Celda version of Link
• Ridely

And that three of current characters that will not be returning:

• The Ice Climbers
• Mr. Game & Watch
• Young Link

Sakurai stated he wants a roster 40 characters, with 1 or 2 more non-Nintendo characters.

Bowser Jr is the only real surprise…. I hope they got at least 50% more cahracters this time around…..

However, I have researched this article. Although it seemed legit, people are calling it fake, and is probably so. Source GameFAQs is full of topics concerning this topic and many people there claim it to be fake too. I, too, belive this rumor is FALSE

Zoidburg’s pretty on the ball with his comment, I’ve done the same and have found myself believing it is false. Would probably of been cool though, but also not saying that’s what could ultimately happen. Not like they tell us what’s going on with the game or anything.

GameFAQs is incredably unreliable. The whole SSBB board there is nothing but joke accounts, troll accounts, Gamespot accounts and the annoying Geno and Sonic alliances. If you are believing anything on the GFAQs SSBB boards then you really need to check your sources. Whether this it true or not I don’t know, it was said last summer.

Nonetheless, the whole thing isn’t reliable until you hear it directly from Nintendo, or the Dojo.

The Super Smash bros Dojo is reliable and the announcement of Ridley, Bowser Jr, and cel shaded Link, is true according to sites like the dojo.

Since this info was released last summer I still don’t believe it.

Whoever believes this is retarded. This was said a long time ago and is completely false. The guy who started the rumor even said that he created it and that it is completely fake, and he regrets making the rumor.

1. I could care less about Snake in Brawl in my opinion! He stole Sonic’s greatest opportunity for him to show what he’s really got! I DON’T WANT SNAKE IN BRAWL, but you guys do whatever the crap you want!

2. DO NOT TAKE AWAY MR. G&W!!!! He is a very unique character! He’s a very unique character because he’s an ancient one, probably the first Nintendo character ever made!

3. Ice Climbers, Zelda, and Shiek should all be seperate characters with there own moves in my opinion, but do what you want.

4. If you have to get rid Young Link, replace him with Vaati.

Also, as for the 2 3rd party characters, I want Sonic and Klonoa.

It’s just fake, sonic sux i’d rather see megaman and geno.
