This is some New information for the Nintendo Wii game Resident Evil: Bio Hazard Umbrella Chronicles from NeoGAF forums

- The Bio Hazard series on Wii is NOT a side story game, it is a main stream series game
- Story is straight after Code Veronica (so Code Veronica -> BH Wii -> BH4 -> BH5)
- 3 main characters
- Jill is confirmed, 2 others still not confirmed
- Rumours is that Wesker is the other unconfirmed character
- Game system follows BH4

Goddamn…. a compilation game? well at least we get the RE4 engine to pop zombies

Wait … is this game a compilation of previous RE titles presented in the RE4 engine? That’s what I thought from a lot of previous news, but I’m seeing this statement read otherwise. If it is a compilation, then why are there “unconfirmed characters”? Also, the “storyline” part reads that the Wii title will be a stand-alone installment in the franchise timeline. The only other interpretation for the story position is that Code Veronica is set before the original. Is this true? I always thought that it was after, which is why Claire is searching for the missing Chris Redfield. Tell me if I’m getting this whole thing wrong, I’m just a little confused.

Resident evil Code veronica is set after Resident evil 3, there is no way in hell it could make sense any other way. So do not worry about that.

If I understand your confusion, they mean the game is going to play like the resident evil 4. The game takes place after RE:Code Veronica, but before Resident evil 4. Which is a good time line to fill up since they kind of jump a good amount of story between RE:VC and RE4, for example, where is Jill? Unconfirmed characters simply mean they are not going to say who the characters are until a later date, they could be Hunk or Rebeca as far as anyone knows.

all new motion controls aiming slashing puzzel solving etc etc a upgraded graphics engine loads of inovation sound from the wiimote it all could be soooooo cool

what really pisses mii off with sony zealots is they carnt see res 5 can only offer newer graphics were wii ressy can offer a totally new experiance just like res 4 on cube

as far as i can see res 5 is more res 4 but res wii can be so much more
im just applying commonsence sony fans could do with a spoon full of that
