Hmm I’m seeing shadows, lighting, and particle effects. The character models are looking much better. The one with the fire hydrant might even have some ragdoll physics(the character flying in the background). It might be that Wii graphics and physics are a little better than we thought. If you could imagine this in 720p it wouldn’t be much different than first gen 360 titles.

Lot’s of detailed background good textures and reflections too. Well you can’t see if the characters are reflected too. Maybe the reflections are world only.

I do see improvements in the details and poly count. A much more solid look overall. My only problem is that the characters looks a little flat and cartoony. Maybe turn down the ambient and add some sector lightings to increase shadows to give more depth to the objects and characters.
