Forever Blue Wii Game New Info

At Nintendo’s recent press event, in a montage of video footage from the hundreds of games coming for Wii, one game caught my eye. Titled Forever Blue, it is to be published by Nintendo and developed by Arika.

Information about this titled is scarce at this point, but here is what we do know: It’s a SCUBA diving game. That’s right, the point of the game is to go diving and explore the world underneath the ocean. You will use the motion control of the Wii Remote to manipulate your character and perform many different diving maneuvers, and you can meet up with both friends and strangers over Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection to explore the seas together.

To me this idea just stands out as one full of possibilities. With so little information available, one can just speculate as to what fun and relaxing new games could be developed by the players in this expansive environment. Who can photograph the most fish within a time limit? Who can swim across the Marianas Trench first? Who can find a Blue Whale first? The possibilities are endless, and while they might sound mundane, or even boring, to me they hold a certain curious appeal.

I’m sceptic to this one… =(

Man, this is for me the utmost wanted game of all games for the wii. Ive been waiting for such “relaxing” game .. actually dreaming of it! My scenaio was tho that you would be playing someone stranded on an island attempting to survive by fishing and exploring the island in robinson crusoe style - minus an hostile atmosphere.

Fox, get lost in blue…its your perfect game for ds, you have to survive an island and hunt, eat things you find…really good

Lost in blue was OK but the graphics sucked and so did the story line, now this, this will be awsome, 20 bucks says I find the blue whale first!

if you took the time to play it properly instead of condeming it you’ll find its a decent game very relaxing and its a white whale you have to find if you search around there are 240 fish and goodies to find take photos ect and send them to a magazine which gives you points in return you get better equipment
